Looking for an m sport steering wheel with heat, paddles and vibration and airbag included. Looking for a complete package. Would like to do a swap of current sportline wheel to the m sport wheel.

You won’t even find a non counterfeit airbag for that price, much less the rest of your list.

Approximate costs:
Airbag: 600-750
Wheel: 200
controls: 200
Trim: usually included with the wheel. could be about 50

In good condition, it's easily going to be over $1000. All other parts other than the airbag are fairly easy to find. Go on eBay or forums for a while and eventually you can probably find a decent wheel with trim and controls for <$400. Maybe even $250-$350.

For the airbag, you can just trawl eBay for a while until you find someone who sells one off a totaled car. You have to be careful though because there are a lot of fakes and European ones that won't work properly in our cars. There was one recently I found from a totaled BMW 320i ZSP where the airbags hadn't gone off. Which was a miracle. The key is to verify the VIN of the host car for any potential future recalls and make sure all the manufacturing dates line up with the build date of the donor car.
