Saw this on YT this morning always entertaining!

Pretty impressive performance by the m5 considering the competition.

Does anyone know the outcome of the 1/2 mile race you can only see on their pay channel?

Keep in mind, these times are from a prepped dragstrip, not the actual race. They will not release those times. They stage the ending with multiple runs to match the drag strip results. A bummer. M5 would have gone up at least one spot on the list on an unprepped surface. The other ZR1 on street radials ran an 11.2 on the prepped drag strip.

Posted above. The 1/2 mile is supposed to be actual times from the air strip. Another bummer that they left the M5 out.

Is there a creditable source that has the F90 1/2 mile time and speed?
I unsuccessfully couldn't find one.

I would not call any of the posts I've read as credible. But I've read 156 to 160. I posted a video of a 1000km race in the general section fwiw.

That's roughly 162mph in 0.62 miles.

152-156 is reasonable for the 1/2 mile.

Yes. I owned a 2017 Zo6. Heat sink on top of the engine.

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!

Should you have any idea what it takes for these 1/2 TSes, you'd know M5 can hardly do 150 and it would be hilarious put it next to these proper super cars for the final.

That McLaren is relentless. All they need is for the 7XXLT to set a sub 6:50 lap time at the ring like Lambo has done with the SVJ to make Ferrari's b*lls fall off.

Hahaha. How about 174mph in the 1/4 mile. Not 1/2...lol. Or 184mph in 425 meters. That might qualify for a bit of an idea.

Is it me, or was the M5 start terrible? Even the SUV jumped out in front of it.

Very surprised given the prevalent ďexcitementĒ of what the new M x-Drive is supposed to bring.

Does Ferrari even care about the competition? They seem to operate in their own realm of existence. As long as their inner circle of clientele is happy, they are too.

The TTRS trap speed is weak.

Heat soak possibly, but that rear wing ainít helping. A few months ago, there was a white ZR1 drag racing, and they took the rear wing off because of drag issues.
