Hello everyone, I finally picked up my Hockenheim silver M2C yesterday (Thursday). The wait was painstaking but well worth it. The one contemplation I had since the day I ordered it was the silver wheels but after seeing them in person today I'm glad I did, because they look fantastic. The Hockenheim paint is such an amazing color. Same goes with the orange interior, it looks great and flows with the color perfectly. I'm coming from a 2006 Interlagos blue 6spd ZCP E46 M3. I was having regrets about selling it every single day but now, they're gone. Will the E46 go up and value more than this? Probably. But my E46 had very low miles and I couldn't enjoy the car without worrying about its value and that wasn't fun. It was an incredible car but it was time for something new. But man, let me just say that this car feels like a modern, more powerful version of my ZCP. I love it. Granted, I still have to break it in but I can tell this is gonna be an incredible machine. Everything about it is just perfect and it's everything I was always hoping for in an M car and it's why it took me so long to even want to sell my old ZCP. If anyone has any questions, let me know! Oh and btw, I purchased this from the "Batman" dealer and everything went perfectly smooth. Didn't pay over MSRP, and they couldn't have been more professional. Every time I see everybody else’s 8.8”nav screen, it keeps reminding me that Bmw and Bmw Hong Kong provided a 6.5” fisher price toy to mess with us.

It's easy with HS.

The silver wheels are James Bond.
The dark wheels are what some other guy has.

Congrats and thanks for posting. This is our build, and now just 16 days, 13 hours, and 38 minutes from delivery at the Welt.

If yours didn't come with a hi-vis safety vest as apparently is the case in Munich, then PM me your contact info and I'll mail you one of ours when we get back to the states in mid-October. You can keep it with your Monroney window sticker, etc. (Everybody does keep those, right? It should be a requirement!)

Congrats, planning to get the same combo except the interior (prefer the blue) ...also have a 6spd ZCP E46 M3 but it is out of question to let it go... even still have a 1996 E36 M3 although rust is killing it. BMW will never produce again cars with such brilliant engines and connection to the road. So will keep them until they fall apart
