DSC State Pop-Up on iDrive

Has anyone figured out how to turn off/code off the iDrive Pop-Up when switching from full DSC, to MDM/DSC Off?

Damn it's annoying as hell.

Should be able to uncheck Driving Info box so that does not popup on CID.
