tires for my 335i w/sport package

Im considering buying new tires for my 07 335i. What do you guys like and what is recommended? I've always like the goodyear eagle f1s, but should I go back with the bridgestone rfts? This car has the sport package, so will that make a difference? If I should go back with the bridgestones, where should I buy them? I have used discounttiredirect.com many times, but couldnt find the rfts on their website. Thanks in advance.

If going to do RTF I would look at the Michelin PS2 ZP. Otherwise for regular tires the regular PS2's are a top choice too.

I will poach from another post I made re 335i tires, for sport coupe:

I am looking for much better tires in the rain than the stock run-flat RE 050 Bridgestones. I came from Audi S4's (quattro) and these stock tires allow the car to drift in the rain on the highway!
I live in Florida--its hot, and it rains.

I've read a bunch about people saying run-flats are just fine. I'm having a real hard time believing that.

Used to have Goodyear GS D3's but they don't make the stock rear size!

I want NEW tires that handle!!
And I want the same ride quality i have now, i.e. FIRM.

yeah no kidding i got falken FK-452's (235/45/18) $100 each with new dawgs (hartmann ftw). i think its quattro man. the bmw just doesn't handle heavy rain like quattro. i could plow full boost through rain so deep it would be insane and now the bmw feels like it wants to hydroplane.

is it the tire or lack of quattro and holding the revs (i usually roll down a gear to keep the revs high and gradually increase speed in heavy rain) but don't dare in the 335i

Well, the 335i coupe is much more stable in dry, and handles corners better than my S4's. I'm not familiar with Falkens, never had them.
I'm not talking about a wet launch here, this is a wet tramline type, stability problem, like you said.

I expect quattro to help in some situations, but we're talking about a nicely set up rear wheel drive bmw coupe!

I think its the tires, RE 050 rfts.
