Alright, guys. Not sure if anyone was tuned into TheSmokingTire live show tonight but I asked them about the m2c. I posted the link below. I want to say it happened maybe 1 hour 25 mins in. The main takeaway is that Chris Harris apparently texted them and said it was amazing. No idea if he owns it already or if he drove it for a review but there's that. I guess we'll find out more soon.

Obviously 2nd hand and not a lot of info but I'll take anything as I get closer to taking delivery.

Edit: Video re-posted now that they uploaded it. Skip to 1:30:42 where they actually tackle the question. Apparently the forum post ignores the time start part of the YouTube link.

Just a bit earlier they ask Jonathan if we're related and Farah goes down a tangent about a Netflix documentary. 1:30:42 start saves you from that.

It didn't help that the guy kept bringing up the wrong pictures and Farah never commented on the wheels. They had the M Performance parts rendering car up there for too long. I guess we know Farah's opinion on the flow through spoiler now (not that his reaction was surprising at all).

Appears so. I don't watch live stuff on YouTube often so I didn't even think about it going bye bye. I edited the original post and will edit again when they post the video podcast from tonight (likely tomorrow).

I'm sure Harris loves it, because it has a stronger front end then rear end so it fits his driving style well. At the limit during sustained load the back goes first

The turn in is also very strong if you just fling it in. I'm very curious to put this on the alignment rack and see what the stock specs are.

This car is going to dominate autocross.

I'll piggy off my own thread. TST podcast tonight with Sam Mitani. Maybe 50 minutes in he asks Sam what he'd buy with 100k. Sam struggles and throws it back at Matt Farah. Matt (with little hesitation and unclear if he's even driven it yet) says he'd buy the m2 competition. I'll post the link when the recorded version posts. I won't make the same mistake as last time when I posted the live link which obviously died.

Lookin forward to Matt’s review. He has a lot of seat time in M2 and Dinan M2. BMW gave him a M2 for Grid Life weekend. He had overheating issues.

This year's grid life or a previous year? I'm assuming '16 or '17. Either way it's news to me so thank you. I've definitely tracked his love of the m2 and he was giggling in the Dinan M2.

Search YouTube for Gridlife M2, he mentions getting heatsoak.
