Fitment Question

I am looking at some wheels/tire from a member.

They were on a stock height 435i gran coupe originally.

20x8.5 +30 245/35/20
20x10 +45 285/30/20

My car is a F30 xdrive, stock height. I think it should be fine as I don't plan on lowering. Current owner of the wheels also has a F30, but was lowered on H&R, and had rubbing up front.

Better to just start with smaller tires?

Under normal driving conditions, you'd probably be fine. You might experience some rubbing over dips, U-turns or pulling into driveways.
