Accessing battery in F33 (435i Convertible)

Hello-- I need to disconnect my battery cables to swap out my steering wheel. I've looked through multiple posts, but I'm not seeing anything that definitively tells me how to access the battery in the 4 series convertible. I assume that it's still located in the rear on the passenger side, but it doesn't look like there's an easy access panel to get to it. It's all one rigid cover that I could probably pry out if I remove a bunch of round fasteners. I'm just wondering if that's the solution (and/or if the battery might possibly be somewhere else in this model before I take it all apart).

Thanks,
Jeff
