Not really sure why you'd want to. i find the heavy setting too artificially heavy at slow speeds.

VSS is to do with the rack gearing so not codeable.

What I think you are referring to is the Servotronic - which changes the weight of the steering under different scenarios or via the Sport button etc.

But no idea how to change it
