Has anyone else had difficulty logging in to check status of their build? The page recognizes my sign in credentials then flickers constantly. This has happened countless times over the past couple months. I am occasionally successful with the log in at which time I have checked my status. Not so much today...

Any tips?

It's so broken. Sometimes it will flash 20x before it logs me in.

Glad it isn't just me. It's particularly bad on iOS. It looks as though their web server is misconfigured, causing an endless cycle of redirects.

I tried my Connected Drive log in credentials this time and it worked the first time. Usually Google Chrome on my Mac works better for these websites. A change to Safari and the Connected log in got me in he first time. Same credentials back on Chrome with no luck.

Definitely disable any ad blocker plug-ins. It just cycled until I disabled mine.

Someone on here a few weeks ago said their MyBMW was showing someone else's cars. Not good.

not it. i disabled all of it and it still cycled quite a bit.

I spoke with BMWNA about this. They called us for a post-ED customer survey just to ask how our experience was and while I had them on the phone I asked about the new BMW portal. Because we bought from a Texas dealer, long distance from where we live in Arizona, we're now getting coupon offers and service reminders from the Texas dealer, and we needed to change that in the BMW system and you can no longer do that in the new portal. You can't do anything, actually. Apparently instead of leaving the old portal in place until they'd finished the new one, they decided to introduce the new online portal before they'd finished much of it, so now the only thing you can do in My Garage is see your VIN and add cars to your wish list, nothing else. I was told that they'll be building it back up over time, adding functionality little by little.

At least that's just in "My Garage". There was also a 335i in my financial section that included that client's last 4 digits of their checking account number in addition to my car and checking account. I didn't try, but I'm sure I could have used his account to make a payment. I called BMW immediately and to their credit they fixed it within an hour. Yeah, they have changed over to a new site. The connected drive site log in credentials are now combined with the mybmw site/BMW financial site. It's a really strange setup and always has been. The new site looks nicer and is cleaner, but still has some bugs.

The MyBMW login problems seem to have gone away. Im down to one or two unnecessary screen refreshes when I log in.
