Hi guys.

Can you order the M2C in individual?
I just would like one in a true real silver.
Going to talk tot he dealer today about ordering one.
I'm not going with HS.

Unfortunately this isn't possible for the M2C, BMW have done M2's in individual before but they are one offs. So you're stuck with the 5 colour options we all have.

Yes and No. No right now, but the rumor is the factory is working on this. I would say sometime in 2019.

Yes and No. No right now, but the rumor is the factory is working on this. I would say sometime in 2019.

Yes we know there are upgrades to the paint shop coming. There are those who speculate that would allow individual paint option. As far as I know no one has heard a rumor from someone, say a BMW employee, who claims to know that individual paint option is planned for the future..

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Individual options for the M2C. The paint shop upgrades the factory is undergoing is very common in the business as this is where the majority of the energy usage for a factory takes place. Adding efficiencies and capacity is the opposite of offering Individual options. The line the M2 is built on is a very high volume operation, they aren't going to sell anymore M2Cs if they offer Individual so I don't see it happening anytime soon.

I'm very happy with my M2.

I'm not going to pay anymore money for a very basic color I can't have.

I mean silver. It's not like they don't paint some other BMW models silver.
Ridiculous.

If they finally offer it, I'll put in an order.

One great thing about gloss black is that it is easy to touch up. Metallic paint is the worst for touch up.
