Post Rate these rims for me...decisions decisions

Im getting an alpine white 328 or 335 coupe this week (depending on what kind of deal Hendrick BMW in Charlotte wants to give me) and I cant decide first off if I want to put on 20's or 19's...20's seem a little excessive on a 3 series IMO but then again its kinda unique to have 20's on there so im kinda torn let me know what you guys think...also coral red interior or saddle interior??...I know many people have already posted this but if anyone has Alpiine white with black rims that look like these PLEASE post some pics for me to make my life a bit easier... ... 19X8.5 in front and 19X9.5 in the rear both with 38mm offset I dont think i should have any rubbing issues but if someone thinks differently please let me know cuz I am trying to do as much research before spending $$$. Thanks again

They look like a 1-piece knock-off of my iforged senekas. I’d go for the real thing. You wont have any rubbing issues with that setup.

Not bad but I think I prefer the Beyern Mesh design a bit more.

I agree M-technic i also like the iforged but i really dont like the price...i just got a new job and am paying for the 3 series with my car allowance and dont have an enormous amount of money to spend on rims...and nick the same thing applies... i think the rims I was looking at are only $185/rims so thats pretty cheap...but how do u think they would look on alpine white??? and red or saddle interior i cant decide!!!! also i wanted someones opinion of if ill have a rubbing issue with h&r sport spring with those rims

If you like them get them. Never understand asking people which color combo they like...it's your car.

If I were you id keep with the stock Bmw wheels for now and save up for some decent wheels.. At $185 per rim im guessing that they will be very heavy and probably not very well built, which in turn can hurt the handling and performance characteristics of your new Bmw....Trust me, it’s never good to go cheap on these sorts of things. If you want to make the stock wheels look a bit better just throw on some spacers for a more aggressive fitment. Paired with H&R sport springs, stock wheels can look really good.

Anyways, if you are still hell-bent on buying these wheels, H&R sport springs will not cause any rubbing.

In my honest opinion...........people should either save up and buy nice wheels (BBS, Neez, Volk, DPE, HRE, iForged, 360 Forged....etc.), or not buy wheels at all, because I'd rather see stock wheels on a car then to say "oh.....they're ebay looking wheels...."

The only other thing I tell people is this: If your on a budget for wheels (for a BMW), then your absolute best choice is the CSL rep coming in at about 800-900 for a complete set. The CSL reps not only look GREAT, but they're universally loved and accepted, as well as being priced decently.

So either save that 185 per wheel you were going to spend on those and save the stocks, or save up for something better.

I think many of you think that the name makes the wheel better. I'd bet lots of "high end" wheels are made in China and cost little to make. People think because they are expensive they are quality.

No dude.........your so called "made in china higher end wheels" are forged, have real 2 piece and 3 piece designs, have long standing reputations for quality, and are relatively light weight.

Not sure if you were agreeing with me or not.

FYI, the best wheel is 1-piece forged. 3 piece or even 2 is for manufactures to cut cost and have one wheel for the many cars.

Oh man, from an innocent bystander's point of view that statement is going to start World War XXVII. Better get comfortable with a keyboard

Leherrst, thanks for your kind comments. We are releasing this in stages, and unfortunately, due to production constraints, only the hyper silver will be offered, for the better part of the summer. Perhaps I can refer you to a powdercoater after you've enjoyed one color? If there is anything we can do to make your purchase experience pleasant, don't hesitate to ask.

"Best" is so relative - are you saying manufacturers like www.fikse.com make 2/3-piece wheels to save money on production costs???

Save up for the good stuff, you wont be dissapointed... and as far as the expensive wheels are from China...do your research...then point fingers at select companies...dont bash All the high end wheel makers in one broad post to make a valid argument
