How much do you owe to the lender?
Will you be paying the lender to remove the "lien" status on the title to "clear"? In other words, will you have the lien discharged prior to selling the car?
If not, will you be refinancing the loan as a personal loan or on a line of credit that doesn’t carry the car as collateral?
Will you be providing documentation of the lien and/or the title once the lien has been discharged by your lender?
