06 325i Shift Solenoid (How to) Change?

Have a 2006 325i; been having the lurch forward when braking. Had BMW reprogram; lurch went away for several weeks. It's back; but BMW says a new transmission; that makes no sense with it being an electronic issue.

I'm going to change fluid and filter; however, I was previously told to change the shift solenoids and reset the adaptations while I'm in. I'm up for it.

I'm mech savvy however, I know very little about the BMW's; where is the best place to get the solenoids; and are there any write-ups on how to do it and any info on how to reset the adaptations?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
