3 codes after coilover install

Hello everyone, yesterday me and a buddy of mine installed godspeed monomax AWD coilovers on my 2007 e90 BMW 335xi. Everything was going well until my commute to work this morning when 3 error lights came on all at once on my dash; the orange BRAKE error lights, the triangle with exclamation and curved arrow over it, and lastly the 4x4 light with the triangle exclamation arrow code right over it . No noises or vibrations indicating anything. I did notice my alignment was slightly off and drifting to the right when my hands were off the wheel, could this be the cause? I attached pictures of the lights. Thank you

i have the same coil overs...no lights after i installed mine. did you do a alignment?

the dme will disable the awd if the alignment is to far out of spec.

i would also recommend switching out the front springs for a softer set. the front way over sprung for daily driving.

Have not done alignment yet so im pretty sure this is the issue. I think its most likely out of spec

yeah do that first. its pretty straight forward...only issue i had was that i needed to order custom sway bar links because i needed longer ones when i lowered the car.

I'm not saying this with certainty, but I think you should check the lines that run around the coilovers. I think it is possible you ran a wheel speed sensor the wrong way that got pulled or damaged when the suspension was loaded.

Highly doubt the dash lights are due to the car being out of alignment spec. I am not certain, but I don't believe the E9x chassis ECU can detect changes in wheel alignment such as in this instance. I need to research it though.

I'm thinking the most likely cause is a sensor was unplugged while the battery was still hooked up - likely either an ABS sensor or brake pad sensor, or wheel speed sensor as was mentioned by Jonah335.

If you unhook one of those sensors while the car is electrically "live", then you would get the "brake" light in yellow plus the "circle caution triangle" light when you turn the ignition on...due to the car seeing an open electrical circuit.

That's my 2ยข.

You definitely unplugged/damaged a brake pad sensor.

Your wheel speed sensor/wiring has been damaged. It has nothing to do with brake pad sensors or your alignment.
