My M2 Comp build is in

My build is in. My dealer told me there are not as many options as some suggest and we verified this when building this car yesterday. I was there in person and went through process with him. For instance, one wheel type, two colors.

Definitely excited. Dont know if Im more excited then when I built my current 2017 M2 but I love the car and for me it needed more power. August build, with October delivery.

Nope. All my M cars have been AW and Im honestly sick of it. I do not like LBB in the sunlight. I will never own a black car. SO is terrible IMHO. So nothing really left. HS will be a more rare color too so I figured what the hell.

What is weird though is like I said, many options that are supposedly available simply do not show in the system. Basically all I could choose was color, transmission, interior stitching, executive package, larger brakes, and wheel color.

So what about the M performance brakes? Are they even bigger than the standard? (I live in the U.S.)

I think orange stitching looks nice. That's what I have selected. I guess it's very subjective.

How you guys think M stripes on silver will look like. I think they look better on white but not sure about silver.

I don't understand why they aren't continuing to sell the current generation of MPE and other M Performance parts until their supply chain is ready with the next gen stuff.

Is everything moving from Port Install to Dealer, including all M Performance parts?

The MPE for the M2 n55 won’t work on the M2c’s s55. The s55 has two exhaust pipes from each of the two turbos all the way back to the muffler. There’s a new MPE for the M2c, but not sure when that’ll be available. Any parts that are interchangeable between the M2 and M2c can be fitted. This sticky lists what will fit on both cars vs just the M2c.

I also got my build in this week for MSRP. What incentives should I try to get my dealer to credit me? Loyalty? Any others?

Fleet or USAA. Whatever you can get them to agree too. It will be dependent upon what is available at the time you close the deal.
