BMWNA Official Pricing Guide for M2 Competition

Official Pricing Guide for North America.

According to this guide, production starts next month.

European Delivery Price - $55,955 (receives the standard 5% discount off MSRP, as expected.)

Looks like they removed the original screenshot of the price guide. Luckily I saved it beforehand. I created a .pdf attached below the included screenshots.

You also don't have the trough-load system, no locking wheel bolts, sun protection glazing, no back seat adjustment for the M sport seats and no additional 12V socket...

Instead you are getting a lot of stuff most of the people don't want. Active Driving Assist.... Really? The M2C is really overweight in the U.S.

I would love to get rid of that and the park distance control. I think the cameras and parking assist pock marks are ugly (plus add unnecessary weight and complexity). If you suck at parking, you shouldn't be considering this car anyway!

This is the center-seat fold-down, correct? the rear seats themselves still both fold down as per normal, surely. Correct?

Power seats.... *rolls eyes*. That junk is for 5/6/7 series

I thought the wheel is available to be ordered along with the car today, per the other thread.

Since it is an M performance part, it is unlikely that BMW will give us credit for the standard wheel. I wish the 763 wheel is a regular option, say $2k extra. I know I can order it separately, however, I don't want to deal with the hassle of selling the stock wheels privately.

MR
what is the reason for no trough-load system? does it save bmw money? does the US market prefer cars without it?

There is a new thread where some M2 owners scraped their bumper. I noticed you have not posted in the thread. Perhaps you could help them out by telling them they bought the wrong car and they should sell it because they shouldn't own an M2 if they can't park.

I'm sure they'll find your advice very helpful.

First we learn Mineral Gray is no longer offered (for everyone) , then we learn it weighs 150lbs more , then we're the last ones to receive pricing (leaked) even though we're their biggest M market and when we finally get the pricing guide we learn 437M wheels are no longer offered. This is some cunty shit.

I'm seriously considering just getting M4 - less weight, decent non-cheap looking interior, more HP. And considering "market adjustment", most dealer will want $5k-10k extra, cheaper or the same price

@mastermav, not only that but the M3/M4 can be had well below MSRP in most of the market.

I think BMW is trying to sell off their current M3/M4 stock

MR
Electronics are lightweight and the harnesses for a regular M2 are 99% likely to already carry the required signals. Most of the driving assist hardware is already there but disabled in software.

I've never seen people whine so much. You got your "real" M engine, "real" M seats and "real" M mirrors and all for what seems like a reasonable price. 1/2 of you are going to change the wheels, suspension and exhaust any way. Suck it up and enjoy. Life's too short.

I really expected people to complain that they got the "real" M seats but only Dakota leather

Wait till the option list comes out I'm sure the prices for those carbon bits and install will be insane. Then the real whining, I mean crying can start.

It is amusing.

Did I miss something? I didn't know that 763's will be offered as an option in Nov. I assume you mean through the BMW configurator when ordering the car, and not as a $5,500 BMW M Performance aftermarket part.
