Phytonic blue, Tartufo interior, Piano black trim pics
Hi,
I couldn't find a dedicated pictures thread through the search, but I know how much folks here love their pictures and honestly I wish I would have been able to see this color combo before ordering (not that I'm not thrilled with it, but I was quite nervous). Allegedly it's the first tartufo interior my dealer has seen let alone this color combo in general. I think it looks quite classy and goes well all together. I'm far from a professional photographer and grabbed these with an iPhone 7. Some are out in the sun, some are in the parkade (seemed more important for the interior than anything).
I'll add more pics tomorrow evening once all badges are gone, passenger/drivers windows are tinted 35%, the back 7 tinted 5%, PPF on the full front of the car (up to winshield), rear bumper deck and possibly door edges. Last edited by Scottatah; 05-22-2018 at 10:47 PM.. |

Just ran through a US build and didn’t see it as an option. It’s super cool, but it’s also pretty large and I don’t think it can do anything the connected app can’t (haven’t quite got my login details yet). Having said that the fancy bmw’s use that key to remote-control drive their car forward or backward into parking spots.

Joe Achillies reviewed the car in the UK and it had that FOB. The states simply gets shafted on everything when it comes to this particular vehicle. The wheels, the tires, the key fob, the steering wheel, and no acoustic glass on the front 2 windows. Why BMW???

It’s quite large, limited in what it can do, needs frequent charging and has no key ring loop so it’s just another thing to carry around to lose What I would really like is the activity key or some form of app-based Bluetooth unlocking |

I think that Canada and the US are the best markets to buy an X3. Comparing the same configuration in Switzerland (where I used to live) a build like Scottah would be US$105k in all almost double the price. Last edited by Slalom; 05-24-2018 at 06:13 AM.. |

Pics with tint, PPF and debadging. Was initially going to leave the side M badges off, but they had to take them off for the PPF and I decided to leave em off. Can always put them back on if necessary.
First time I've ever done 5% tint. I have yet to drive at night, but daytime driving with polarized sunglasses is kinda like when you flip your rear view mirror in an old vehicle. Can see lights, but everything else is quite dark. Shoulder checking the side windows (granted my seat is in a horrible position for drivers side - i look at the door pillar usually) I feel like I see reflections more than the outside. Will take a smidge of getting used to. Looks neat though! One more interior shot, just cause the pic came out well and I think does a good job of showing the Tartufo interior color. |

Looks Outstanding! Also, wow that is some dark tint! I'd be pulled over in an instant in LA with that shade.
