New to Forum looking for info on wagons?
I am brand new to BMW as an Audi Enthusiast for 20 years. I may be jumping ship soon and love manual wagons! Is the 3 series Wagon AWD in 2009 going to have a the bi turbo wagon with a manual option? Right now it is limited to the inline 6 on the wagon with AWD? Will there be a deisel wagon with a manual and AWD? I know this is asking a lot but I am debating this car as well as the 5 series manual wagon. How is the AWD system compared to Audi?

As of right now there's no plans for a 335iT (or xiT) for the US... Also, no plans for a 335dT... The 335d will only be available as a sedan with an automatic.

I've also heard we're not getting a 335iT here in the US, but as with everything, I could be wrong.
I like my 328iT but at 7,000 feet elevation, I'd be inclined to look for a turbo also. The 535xiT doesn't weigh much more than the 3-series. Unfortunately, it costs more.

This fall for the 09 MY there will be a 335iT and a 335d, although no 335dT. As far as transmissions go, who knows. I suspect the 335iT will be available with either a manual or auto.

+1 Try it. Pretty good car. Let us know if you have any other questions. As far as MY09 335dT or 335iT, there have been confusing posts on this topic. Not sure if I have seen a definite resolution. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=149708 I e-mailed BMWNA a few month ago and they said no. This could change however. FM
