Cold AC not working F22 18kmi

Noticed my AC does not get cold for at least 15mins+.. I have a 2015 M235i with 18k miles.. Temps here in Texas at 90F and my AC seems to take a really long time to get even slightly cold. I mean I tried MAX AC and Manuel AC on lowest 60F and still blows luke warm air for at least 15mins of driving, then it will start to get somewhat cold but by then Ive made it home.. Is this a dealer thing or a simple thing I can fix myself? Not sure where to start since I feel like this is abnormal on low mile car and not familiar with AC. Surely anything more then 5mins is a long time for some cold air..

First thing - make sure the center vent temp knob on dash above radio is set to BLUE not RED.

Dealer thing - all you can do is make sure no plastic bags are stuck in condenser.

I see what issue is. My fan for the front radiator is not working. I can see it trying to kick on but it just kinda stutters and stops. This would explain why my car with a.c. on will keep changing idle like that is trying to kick on. No CEL though. Guess I'll need to bring it in to dealer.

Also make sure your cabin air filter is free of debris and clean. They are easy to replace and should be new every year. Restricted flow at that point in the system will cause the system to work harder than it needs to. I'm also getting an idle fluctuations issue when the A/C is on but mine is as cold as a freezer.
