M2 Competition with Performance Parts displayed during the 24h Nurburgring race

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
The 24h race took place last weekend at the Nürburgring.
I was there every day and had the opportunity to photograph the exhibited M2 Competition with all the performance parts and to let it affect me.
Overall, a great car.

Personally, the mirrors have been my highlight.

I was disappointed with the bonnet.
There are better alternatives in GTS style.

The wing on the Trunk and the fenders made of carbon were great.
However, I noticed a clear yellow cast in the paint of the fenders.

Thank you, that's a fantastic set of photos. I suspect I prefer AW to HS on this car.

Also, how good do those wheels look on the car? The man maths is acting up and telling they are worth the money...

Those wheels are absolutely perfect and make the car. Someday I will get myself a set.

Wonder what the Nurburgring time for this car is.

Not one to follow track times a lot but curious to understand why BMW has not mentioned it yet. I am also curious to know how much quicker those tyres make it.

These wheels continue to impress. Mirrors look good here. Still not liking this front bumper.

Wonder which dealer installed that CF roof...that's where I want to take my car...

Wait, that's not what you were talking about.

It might be the stupid colors/decals - it's throwing me off from certain views too.

I wish they'd just have a car in HS, with the new wheels, and without the decals so we could get these same kinds of pics.

Wonder if getting the bonnet painted in full is the best option?

I have seen those wheels and they are gorgeous and a must if you stay with stock size tyres.

I am starting to really like the rear wing on the Comp as well

I'm not a fan of black wheels at all. I'd never ever install black wheels on my car. Except those wheels on that car!!!

Call me crazy , but I want this car EXACTLY how it looks with all the decals ! It'll look like a race car on the streets !! Gorgeous! Personally I think this is their best M that's currently available and other than interior seat colors I don't see why anyone would want an m4 over this m2 .

Wonder if we can get the hood in exposed carbon fiber with gloss finish. That would look amazing on a black car

If you order them with the car, they will come with Cup 2 tires so you will end up paying a significant amount. However, if you order them (just the wheels, no tires) from BMW Discount Parts or getbmwparts, they will cost around ~$3200. It's not that bad especially if you sell the stock wheels that come with the car.

Awesome, thanks. What do you think I could get for the stocks?

Everything looks great except that decklid rear spoiler, which looks more of an afterthought. It's not that pretty.
