335i E92 Does not go into ACC

Hello Everyone.

Today, I start to see very weird issue on my 2007 335i E92.

I cannot put car into ACC mode which stops me from starting car.

When I insert key, car recognize key so I press start button and car dies in 2~3 seconds.

I tried both pressing break pedal or without but same symptom.

I tried to jump start as well but its same issue.

Has anyone experienced such issue?

I am still unable to solve this issue.
If I try like 30 times, I can start car without any issue and it runs great.

Hi there,
If the car has manual transmission check the clutch switch, if it has an automatic transmission check the brake switch.
