Bmw 335i repair

Hi, I have a 2009 bmw 335i that was recently in a collision. The front end of the car was damaged, so I took it to my mechanic and he had a chance to look at it and gave me a quote of $4200. What do you guys think is this a fair price or sould i take my car else where? I am no expert at all nor every educated on body work or collision repair any advice will be helpful. Thanks

Here are a couple pics

Sounds about right. Looks like a pretty bad collision requiring a lot of repairs.
A few years ago, I had minor scratches on the passenger side rear wheel well and a bend in the bumper cover up to the rear wheel well as a result of a tire blowout. Cost me $1800 out-of-pocket (didn't want to claim with my ins) to replace the rear bumper cover (could not bend back because it's plastic) and repaint the rear wheel well area.
Isn't your insurance going to cover it minus the deductible, if any?

My insurance said it was a total loss so i bought the car from my insurance. I decided to part out this car because it only has 50k miles on it. Also with a healthy engine and trans I couldn't let this car go lol had plans to go single turbo but... change of plans ig.
