300,000 BMW’s being recalled 2007 to 2011 models

Not sure if this has already been posted or not, but the bbc watchdog has done an investigation and BMW is recalling 300,000+ Vehicles

It is recalling 312,000 vehicles: the BMW 1 Series, the 3 Series, the Z4 and its X1 petrol and diesel models made between March 2007 and August 2011.

The full original post is here, I suggest you read it

I didn't find any useful info in that article besides them saying there is a recall...

at least there recalling it...in the past auto manufacturers wouldn't recall out of warranty cars unless ordered by DOT.

6th paragraph down

“The BMW had suffered an electrical fault, causing its brake lights to fail and resulting in the vehicle stalling on a dark A-road”

It’s actually on bbc 1 now
