Purchased my F90 from a dealership across the country and it's being shipped to me.

It shows up in my Connected Drive app as my car, but I cannot locate it from the app to track it because it says I still to enable the GPS tracking from inside the car.

Is there any way to enable this remotely so that I can track my car as it comes toward me?

Did you link the car to the app? Either plug the phone in directly to link it or have someone at the other end read you the code that is displayed on the car when you try to access it remotely.

I setup my connected drive app before I even bought the car since I had the VIN. The car actually had a message in the BMW messages waiting for me with the code. Was a moot point since I plugged in my phone and the app synced.

Not that I've seen.
Unless you can convince whomever is driving or transporting the car to do it for you LOL!
