I take it nobody has replaced the amber fender bulb. Can anyone shed some light as to what type of bulb it is? LED? Is it replaceable?

i got tired of reading threads where people just guess at what the bulb is or what it looks like. what a waste of time reading through pages of threads where nobody knows shit!

i went and bought a new set of bulbs myself to see what can be done to make them invisible.

here's the bulb:

BMW OEM part:

Bulb under normal light:

Bulb in lower light (inside it's box):

as you can see, the bulb is already reflective, just not reflective enough. these bulbs are quite pricey, so i'm going to do some research before i test out something on the bulb.

I think he means the LED signal in the side vent, not the turn indicator. I am pretty sure I remember reading that the side vent is LED...
