Just A question about Engine

I currently have E92 2011 Sports package BMW. I have a 2 Questions:

1. While I understand if I wanted more power for the Engine I would need to do a combo of things such as correct me if i am wrong:

1. Turbo\Supercharger - 5 k to 7k ?
2. Air intake yat yat..
3. exhaust

Question is it even feasible to put in a M3 motor in a none M3 BMW

M3-92 to a none E92?
Prob not worth the time.

This is a hypothetical question. I understand if you wanted more power should of purchased different BMW. I'm happy with my BMW as it sits.

a 3-stage manifold and tune can be done for under $300, and the gain is like 25hp and 30ft/lbs - it makes the N52 so much more enjoyable.

intake/exhaust - not much to see here. $1200 exhaust (stock BMW PE) for ~5hp is not a great investment. Some people just hack off the muffler, but, ehh.. intakes are basically the same story. Beyond a panel filter and cutting out the charcoal filter, there's not much bang for the buck there.

Feasible to put an M3 motor in? Sure - worth it? Probably not. Just buy an M3, it would be cheaper and better in the end. There are so many differences besides the engine..

watching that one cat do the ENTIRE wiring through his roller 1 series is enuff for me to say nope. Cable management OCD? I'd have the cables done when I'm 90.

well personally I wish more people weren't so rediculously afraid of wiring/electronics (seriously man, we're posting these comments from basically supercomputers of 20 years ago - even if it's in your pocket). Then swaps like that wouldn't seem so scary/hard.

It's really not. The only reason it's not really worth it is because most people will pay somebody else who's not afraid to think about it..

Anyway, at the end of the day if you have an N52 that's not an x30i of some sort, a 3 stage is your best bet without breaking the bank. Just don't pay forum trolls $500+ for their used, overpriced kits.

Hass, I already have a 3IM installed. Also K&N, charcoal filter delete, rev silicone tube, and MILV's waiting to be installed. So many good things said about BPC's tune (with MILVs) here on the forum, but I struggle with their pricing. AA's tune does not support MILVs. Where can I get a tune for for < $300?

Those wires were EVERYWHERE
I'm sure anyone could do it given time, but just looking at it was discouraging. I'd rather just buy an M than stick its heart in another vehicle.

sorry, I was thinking your N52 was stock. The cheap 3-stage swap is based on a stock '330i' tune that I made. Although if you have all that stuff and no tune at all, your 3-stage isn't doing much for you, so it would be better, but it's not meant for MILVS.
