You should not only complain, but please tell us what dealership hacked your car. The way to better your service is to make the dealerships accountable.

i would but the dealer overall is good, the certain tech is a A-hole for stripping it and be lazy to replace the whole entire headlight.
FWIW, they have done more warranty work for me and it has been very good, i havent had problems with any items warranty yet, so i dont want people to get the wrong idea, but anything i can do other then complain, just wanted to get a heads up if anyone dealt with any of this stuff.

this kinda stuff seems to happen a lot...happened when patching a tire of mine, they ended up scuffing the rim. it looks like they placed it FACE DOWN, how stupid is that...regardless, at least they are good for making good on their mistakes. they just seem to make a lot of them, real rookie shit.

good luck bro.

If this happpened to me I would definitely go in and complain, give them the chance to make it right, but also mention the scratches, they can fix them at the same time, no reason you should stare at a bunch of scratches from incompetent service techs..."techs" may be a stretch here!

They need to be responsible for what they do right or wrong - it may be warranty work, but in the end you are paying for it and should not accept anything less than perfect. Make them aware of the issue and deal with their poor employee, maybe they can get him trained properly or at least stop him from damaging more vehicles!

Garage List
Your headlight doesnt have any threads in it exactly - There are only a few small metal brackets that hold the screws into place - the metal brackets clip onto the headlight.... Relax!

Your light is NOT ruined.....
