Time to do some cosmetic mods - Black Sapphire Metallic

I’ve got a new F90 in Black Sapphire Metallic with Black Rims. Looking for color ideas for the following parts:

- Front Grille Surround - Has anyone tried Black Chrome for the surround?

- Side Markers

- Trunk Emblem

- Door handles

Thinking I may need just a little contrast. Should I add some black chrome?

Same color combo here !

I removed the front grills and then removed the center sections. Had the Chrome outers painted SMB to match, painted the M5 emblem on the center section SMB, painted the side markers including the "M5" SMB, removed the M5 on the rear trunk. Powder coated the tailpipes gloss black. Left the door handle inserts come to play off the mirrors and the interior. Very happy with the results.

Good luck !

Hopefully we will get some aftermarket exhaust options soon.

I think Black Chrome is a really nice option to add a little contrast to a BSM car—it's certainly more of an aggressive look vs OE without going full matte / gloss black!

Here are some photos on a BSM X5M for reference:
