WTB: Lease Takeover $450 mo. or less

Looking to take over 3 series lease. Looking for lowest cost lease possible for a daily driver. 14 months max. Located in Nashville, will travel mid west or south east. I've taken over 2 leases before so qualified and can move quick.

I have a '16 328i sport package I'm considering to put for a lease takeover, MSRP was around $54k. Has premium (comfort access, sunroof, through load seats, leather), tech package (nav, BMW apps, HUD, connected drive traffic), LED lights, rear camera, PDC and heated front seats. Black metallic and red leather sport seats.

Payment is $387 including CA tax (roughly $350/mo no tax). 12k miles per year. Lease ends 12/27/2019. Currently 2500 miles under allowance at this point in lease so roughly 1100 miles/month remaining.

I know it's a few months more than you want and on west coast but it's a great deal options/MSRP wise and I have shipped cars before and it's no problem.
