Has anyone been able to access 3D remote view via connected app?

I'm linked into the app but it was to my understanding that remote 3D view was a feature included with the car and the app.

I went to iDrive settings, data privacy, and you're supposed to turn it on from there. It's not there on my car.

Any insight would be appreciated.

I also can't access it - I think it might not be enabled yet.

Just checked mine and that option is not there yet.

I was only introduced in the 7 series, but supposed to be out for 5 series with the surround cameras.

Waiting.....

Still waiting too, and growing more and more frustrated. BMW called me back almost a month ago saying that they escalated the situation to put more resources on it to rectify it...and yet nothing.

It's nice knowing that it works in a 528, but not in my M5

Oh boy...
Where to start,
The car must have the Parking assistance plus package.
Which is included with the Executive package.
Next your BMW assist HAS TO HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.
NEXT!
Go into your settings under IDrive settings.
Select Data privacy at the bottom.
Lastly select remove 3D view and ensure it's checked on.
Now you should be able to request the surround view from your cell phone Via the Connected App.

It's not that simple. This is a known issue BMW is still trying to resolve. I just called for an update earlier this week and they said they're still trying to fix it.

Waiting for 2 months now.

It started to work all of the sudden around mid June of last year. No issues since then
