Ultimate care plus and lease protection, worth it?

Dealer wanted $1075 for these 2 things.....

I am on a 24 month lease but I drive a lot....like 20-25k miles per year. I am almost thinking it might be worth it just for the brakes. For someone driving 10k miles per year, probably not worth it because brakes will be fine after 20k miles.....but 40k-50k?

Also, the lease protection gets you like $7500 of damage....you can turn in your tires bald or brakes shot and this will cover it.

Thoughts?

Get the 36k miles maintenance with brakes for only $600. I don’t think leasecare is worth it for a short term lease, especially if you’ve never had a problem with excessive wear and tear in the past.

I drive 20k/year and I’ve never had a problem except for a windshield.

I feel I was misled......the finance guy implied the brake maintenance covered 4yrs/50k miles.

However, I looked on BMW's site and they have it for $1375 for that alone (for 4yrs/50k). There is no way I was sold that and lease protection for $1050 total. I believe he instead sold me the 3yr/36k brake package and the lease protection for $1050. Well, brake protection is pointless for 3yr/36k miles because they won't need to be replaced in that time.

I did not get any paperwork for either warranty.....

I’m hard on brakes and I’ve always needed brake work within 36k miles. I also hate any type of brake vibration, so I purchase the 36k mile protection to cover that.
