Common god bring the warmth to GTA!

Cannot wait to see forecast hitting above 15 degrees Cel consistantly....

Waiting so bad to fit a proper rubber and have fun at the track... but it seems that still staying below around 5 degrees under 14 days weather forecast.

I want good shower of rain before gooood weather that will mop up that nasty salt and debris on streets.

Please make it happen ASAP. Dont want to see any white color on all streets except the painted lanes

This freaking weather does not know a thing when to rise... I was looking at late March but more likely it will happen in mid April...

Wait just is killing me and my wife's X4 just put me to darn boring commute drive everyday and almost killed me once when i was falling in sleep while driving at one tired day....

I've been DDing mine with XIce 3s on but can't wait till the weather means I can go back to summer tires.

And waiting for the first Trillium ADS weekend torture too. Also waiting to hear about some other track day options, then I need to get my camber plates installed so I can use the new Apex wheels + RE71Rs.

I did get Contis Wintercontact TS830 and have been running her through so far but still do not get a chance for track day and driving confidence compared to summer performance it still cannot be compared.
And I am currently waiting for my Ohlins R&T and GC camber plates with new HRE FF04 + MPS4S, Sterckenn front splitter to be installed all together when I escape this winter. That is probably reason why I am more impatient..

I'm going with the FL-05 18x9.5 ET28 and 265/35 for a square set up, it seems like a pretty conservative fitment. I figure I'll see how they do for this season and consider changing up for next year, perhaps with a suspension upgrade then too.

I'll post pics when I can finally mount them, just as soon as that warmth comes!

Cant wait to see them. Yes you will at least need some negative camber at the front for track run. FL-05 is a great wheel and love EC-7 as well.

i still drive on the stock rubber just as long as there is no snow on the ground lol but yeah incase you guys didnt know even if there is an ounce of snow these babies have 0 traction the only reason i dont buy winter tires is because i have another car and it forces me to drive it and keep the mileage lower on the M2

if you see a black M2 and it's loud as f*** thats probably me

I hear you (do you see what I did there?)

Do you have drone at 2800-3000 rpm?

I have same combo and it is a bit annoying to be honest...mind you I only have 300kms on the car (stupid friggin winter!!) and I'm hoping that once the exhaust gets some miles on it, the drone will calm down. I had a recent issue with my flaps not closing (do to inept installers at port in Halifax), but that is corrected now and it's still really loud and "droney"

Have you tried coding out ASD? I only have MPE but found it helped tone down the drone a little bit (not completely).

yes but unfortunately dont expect it to get better as the mileage is added, i only find it annoying as i am entering the highway, like the poster mentioned above coding out ASD might help as i believe some of that sound is artificial also i have heard that you can modify the exhaust and add the stock resonator to help with the drone or possibly remove all of it, i would do this but i don't have mine.. i will see if i can get an aftermarket resonator/pipe that does the job

Fabspeed is louder. I had it and my wife hated it and also 200-cell HJS emits more CO2 so i ended up changing it to 300-cell Akra and told my wife that i put the stock one back in. :

Based on my experience Fab gives deeper louder sound than Akra.
