Not specifically with these rims but there were a few people running 19" RFT on aftermarket rims. RFTs don't come in the recommended sizes so you will have to run smaller tires (which is not really a big deal).

Most of our customers go with a Fix a Flat system that offers the same benefits of a RFT in that you can go for 55 miles at 55MPH to replace the tire. Whether you have an RFT or non-RFT, the tire would need to be replaced anyways.

Fix a flat is just a system such as BMW M-mobility kit. It comes with a compressor and a tire sealant bottle so that when you get a flat tire you can pump the sealant in and be able to drive the car. Of course once you've used that the tire cannot be reused. What Nick was saying is that with Runflats, if you drive on them without air or with low pressure for a period of time, they cannot be repaired.

If you think about it, how often do you get a flat? It's more piece of mind rather than a necessity.

ya but when you do get flat, your stuck for a long time...i'm just thinking of the worst possible scenario, it's not like im gonna get flat in a nice area, you get flats in the worst area's...murphey's law...haha
so essentially, i can't get some good looking RFT for these rims, w/o any rubbing?

We can go down a size and do some RFTs but they are hard to find in 19".
