5-series wheels on E90
Hi guys,
I would like to put the 5-serie wheels (wheel picture) on my E90. They are both offset 20. The dealer said that it would be too large, but I've seen guys on this forum that have a much more aggresive setup. Thx for the advise. P. |

Here are the specs you'll want... Front: 18x8 38mm offset (235/40/R18 tire) Rear: 18x9 25mm offset (265/35/R18 tire) You can also go for 19's if you wish, but I'd recommend sticking with the 18's. The 19's cost more, weigh more (like 5lbs a wheel!) and the 18's already look big enough because they have the spokes that go all the way out to the edge of the wheels. Here is the manufacturer's website: http://www.altwheels.com/products/pr...=47&pg=2&cid=1 I'm not sure if you can buy direct, but if you go to your local discount tire, they can get them for you for around $650 for the set. If they give you any trouble have them call the Manager of the Discount Tire that I dealt with in Houston. His name is Billy and he can be reached at: (281) 558-4406 Good luck and congrats on choosing some great rims! |
