Modifiable M5 Allocation Available About To Go Into Production
Great News!!!
Late last night I was informed my dealership some how got an extra modifiable M5 allocation that's about to go into production in the next week or 2. Dealership will be selling at MSRP, with no mark up as we don't believe in it, with all rebates/incentives/programs that can be used being applied. PM for details or any questions. |

$2000 Lease Loyalty Credit, $6500 Financing/ Loyalty Credit with BMW FS, $4500 Cash Credit(Whether it's cash or outside financing) I'll use Corporate Fleet/ Type G where ever I can $500 for Lease/Financing or $2000 for cash or outside financing. College Grad $1000 can be used from 24 months of completing college. USAA/ Type J $500 for lease/financing or $2000 for cash or outside financing. 10,000 mile lease will have a 61% residual
If the programs are better upon delivery I'll use them. If the car is here at the end of March and you want to see what April Programs are like, I have no issue with that as you will be locked in from a certain point and will use what's most favorable. |

For those who are patient come end of year there will be no issues with allocations. M5's will be on dealer lots for sale. You will be getting 5% to 10% discounts. Happened with F10. Will happen again. I'm waiting! Plus let early adopters be the beta testers so bmw can work out any bugs the cars might have. Last time I got one of the first F10 M5's in New Jersey. Have patience this time!

I'd agree by end of year with the 5% for cars sitting on dealer lots. For ordered cars depends on the dealership if its high volume and gets more allocations or if its a smaller dealership and gets 1 a year
