Remove Traction Control

I am desperately looking for someone who can turn off the anti skid and traction controls on a 2015 M235i in the state of California or close by. Any attempt to simply disconnect the brake module of course lights up the dash like a Christmas tree but also derates the engine and I am not computer literate. Is it possible and can anyone hook me up with someone who can fix this.
I need this car loose !
