Exclamation Any Reported/Confirmed Turbo Problems with JB+ at Full Boost?

Has anyone experienced issues with the turbos at 100% JB+ setting? Just turned mine up today after a while at 75% and no problems, *knock on wood*.

Just curious. Thanks.

No, but I had a major problem with traction control type stuff that disappeared as soon as I pulled the JB+. The car was very scary on snow, felt like it was about to do a 360* at any moment.

My IM sez get a JB4, which won't have this problem.

Good luck.

still need to change the charge pipe with JB+? Or is the boost negligible?

I didn't change anything else and it worked fine. The extra boost was quite nice. Until the snow fell.

Good luck.

The JB+ is a mild increase in boost. You will be perfectly fine.

It's a really bad idea IMO. It tricks the DME into thinking it's running much less boost than it is, causing all sorts of side effects. There are flash tunes for any F1x cars now I believe. Piggybacks have no place unless needed to control meth or something like that.

Always a good idea to upgrade the charge pipe when you are running over stock boost
