Mineral white bumper scraped

Anyone recommend a good mobile bumper repair guy in OC that can fix my scratch and scuff on my F80 mineral white, and what will something like this run?

Not even sure how I got this but man shit bothers me...

Being cautious since it's a mineral white 3 stage color here, and don't want to use touch up since it'll end up bumpy and not smooth...

Not sure if I’m looking at it right bc its in pictures and not in person, but if it looks deep and actually went past the paint and clear coat then I’d say a simple buff won’t do anything, either do touch up paint or get it resprayed
But if someone knows how to do touch up they can probably buff it out to make it look smooth
If you wanna get resprayed I’d say hit up Ivan at Strasesport
