19 x 8 & 19 x 9 Wheels - alternative tire sizes?

I'm looking into purchasing a set wheels, wheel specs are as follows:
Front - 19 x 8
Rear - 19 x 9

I know the recommended tire set-up would be
Front 225/35 R19
Rear 255/30 R19

My question is can I run this particular set up
Front 235/35 R19
Rear 265/30 R19

Would this give it a chunky look and cause some oversteer?

I would love to hear any inputs, especially from people who are currently or have used this particular set up.

Thanks

That'll be fine on those wheels.
