Is wheel balancing and alignment covered under warranty ?

I don't know about BMW, but manufacturers usually let you have a single alignment procedure done within the first year. I complained about steering wheel wobble to my local Mercedes dealer and they re-balanced the the wheels/tires at their cost, but I have no idea what the actual print says about it.

If your car is in the first year or less than 12 months, than it is cover under warranty. Other please correct me I'm off base here.

We have our winner! Warranty will pay for alignment if it has less than 1200 miles, and wheels/tire balance is really just up to your dealer. We dont go past around 1500 miles usually.

Wow. Shows the price difference across the country. Dealer I work for only charges $150.
