Question P15DF code, and Service Engine Soon light came on. What's the problem?

Hi, service engine soon light came on, and when I pulled the codes using the Torque app, I have a P15DF code. A quick Google search shows this may be the HPFP, is this accurate?

Car starts like normal, but there is very little thrust. Even if I try flooring the gas pedal, it very slowly accelerates.

I recently replaced my OFHG and oil cooler gasket, wouldn't be related to this, would it?

Thanks!

I'm not sure what "fuel trim" is. Looked up the meaning, and it's the computers adjustment of air/fuel ratio?

How would I look this up, would my Torque app tell me?

Thanks,

Sorry, I presumed u were able to datalog.. Monitoring your fuel trims would show you a significant weakness in the hpfp..
