N54 w/ 115,xxx, turbos replaced under the factory recall. 6 speed Trans with no issues. I plan on parting everything on the car before the motor and trans and it will be sold with the shell because I don't want to deal with removal and want the purchaser to hear the car run before sale so they know there are no issues.
