Driving on out-of-round tires harmful?
So, after a week on my new Breyton GTS and Generals, I was still having some vibration so I took it into the dealer to see about a rebalance. They said two of the tires are out of round. No biggie, TireRack is taking care of all the balancing/remounting costs and shipping out two new tires. They are suppose to get here next week. My question is this, is it harmful to any components (suspension, brakes, etc.) to drive on these out of round tires? What about long distances? I am going out of town this weekend and was going to drive (about 360 miles round trip). Could I do any damage?

The vibration would have to be very severe and driven on for many miles for there to be any issues.
