Help - How to remove paint splatters safely?

Seem to have run over a lot of white wet paint. Splatters on rocker panels, fenders, and wheel wells. Not a good look on mineral gray.

It's hardened on, but possible to pick off dots with a fingernail.

Online suggestions are to use acetone or Goof off. Using solvents like that worry me.

Also, I have Xpel on parts that were splattered. I'd like to keep it on the car rather than remove the splattered portions and then have to reapply it.

Any suggestions? Will clay bar remove paint splatter?

The Xpel area could be a concern with high solvent content. Try some All Purpose Cleaner, Optimum Opti-Clean is a good one. You can soak the areas and keep the wet, and then gently try pulling those pieces off.
