problems with my 2007 328i

I live in calgary Alberta Canada. My car is a 2007 328i. The car only has 5600km as its my summer car. Plus 28 the hottest day of the year and my car sound like a diesel. I found a post on here of a guy that had the same problem. Cyl. 4 Valve exessive clearance.
My question is (i am leasing with the plans to buy) Do I let them fix it and keep the car???
Or cause shit and get bmw to buy it back and start over
or just return the car at the end?
Are the 328i engines just a bad engines? I any info how to deal with this is greatly appreciated

The people that I know in Calgary speak English.

Are you running premium fuel or regular? Read the owner's manual for information regarding octane ratings.

car

the car has only had Shell V Power just like they said to put in. Its not a gas problem. This time they heard the nosie said it was the lifters. They did the bleeding of the valves. They made me take the car home. The next time it does it they will start a Puma report on the car and send a rep from Vancover to make the call. Replace, buy the car back new engine etc.
still mad that the way they said to fix the car is rev the piss out of it without load to force oil to the lifters. Sorry the car only has 5500km this started at 4200km. bought the car new .
sounds like I have the first one made after new years. jan 2007 build date.

Do you have a 328i or a 323? Because the title of your post says 328i but you have a 323

Unhappy 2007

got a call first thing in the morning from BMW(happy). Now we started a PUMA case.
I was told in production the earlier model design (heads): lets the oil leak out of the head. The new heads don't? anyone hear of this?
They just ordered a new head. Let see if this will help
