Drive Stabilization error
Hi All,
I have 420d 2015 with 16000 km on the clock. Replaced the steering rack and had it coded by BMW. Steering is still stiff and still get an error. The mechanic recon the error will disappear when I address the wheel sensor error. I replaced the sensor with a new one. According to the mechanic, after replacing the sensor the fault should disappear on its own and I don't need to clear the codes. 1) Is this true - will the error disappear automatically after replacing the sensor? 2) What else could be causing the error? I also get Flat Tyre Monitor (RPA) error. Any help will be helpful. I checked obvious..abs sensor wiring to dsc (replaced ABS sensor); bled the whole brake system. |

You might get more replies in the general forum. This isn't really engine specific so anybody who's gone through this regardless of engine would be able to help.
