Type 195 in black??

im looking at purchasing a 2011 335d and it has 195 wheels which i like but they are black which i dont like. my question is did they come in black or were they painted if so is there a way to remove paint without hurting the wheel. the wheel in the picture has a scuff but the others are in good shape.

Looks like a fine color combo to me. Spend 125 bucks to fix that one wheel and live with it.
