Help needed for EU F31 LCI amplifier

Hi all, can somebody help me to find the correct part # of the top Hi-Fi (Harman Kardon) audio amplifier for EU F31 LCI?
On RealOem the part# 65129387658 is reported only for EU F30 LCI and part# 65129393186 only for EU F31 pre LCI, for EU F31 LCI is only indicated part # for Hi-Fi audio amplifier but nothing for Harmak-Kardon or Top Hi-Fi, Why? Did BMW make some changes on EU F31 LCI audio system? Perhaps is now all included in ASD?

Thanks a lot! So, on LCI model, the top hi-fi is only available with ASD as I supposed or the amplifier can also work without connecting the ASD module? Do you think part for pre-LCI could be used on LCI car if ASD in not needed/wanted?

Will it also work without connecting the ASD module? I think yes, but i'm not sure.

But i think the pre-LCI amplifier 65129393186 can also be used für LCI cars.

What are you trying to achieve? You need to be careful because the 335D and 340i HK amps have different connectors to the others

I'm trying to install the HK system on a 2016 F31 LCI in place of the the base system. I have all the speaker already but I don't want to buy an amplifier that will not work on this car. There's no problem for the connector since I have to create the wiring loom brand new and I don' want/neeed the ASD system.

If you have the base system, you'll be better of buying an aftermarket amplifier than a HK one, they're cheaper and generally better.

Do you mean install an aftermarket amplifier over the base speaker or on the HK ones?
Are the base speaker capable to support a more amplified system?
On the other side I would like to keep the car as OEM as possible as I'm not an audiophile, I will be happy with only a better system than the basic one (not so difficult!)

Aftermarket amplifier in the base system. You get balanced connections from the headunit to the amp, you don't need to run a MOST BUS connection and you probably only have to make a small change to the loom to support tweeters in the front.

Adding HK to a car that didn't have it from the factory is a very expensive pain in the arse.
