What is "design light"?

When looking through the coding options for welcome light setup, I saw something for "design light". What is that?

Don’t quote me on this, but I believe it’s a code name for the corona rings.

Yeah its the eyebrow. on my ICON lights, I coded it on with Welcome lights and it makes the indicators stay on with the welcome lights.
